TECHNICAL OFFICE
With a process and technology foundation, AGF is also an engineering firm able to turn its industrial projects into reality.
It has an engineering team able to design, execute and commission every engineering discipline a plant requires: process, civil works, industrial, mechanical, electrical, electronic and control engineering.

Contract formats
AGF as an engineering firm
In addition to its role as a process and technology company, AGF has an experienced engineering team. To take its processes and designs to industrial scale, it has built a fully capable engineering office, allowing AGF to take part in projects under different formats.
Turnkey
We take on the complete plant as process provider, engineering firm and integrator, and handle commissioning until we hand it over in operation.
EPC
Engineering, Procurement & Construction in its different formats: we take part as process provider, engineering firm and integrator, and in commissioning.
Supply
As a technology provider, we supply our biomethane plants or the MPB, our mini biogas plant.
Process Design
We design the process and the plant, and supply the Process Units, while the detailed engineering is carried out by third parties. This model is common in large projects, both national and international.
Other
We adapt to other contract formats that are standard in engineering, such as FEED (Front-End Engineering Design).

Process Engineering
Process design, equipment sizing, and mass and energy balances for every plant.
Industrial Engineering
Basic and detailed engineering, piping and instrumentation diagrams, 3D models and plant layout.
Civil Works
Foundation and structural design, earthworks and preparation of the site where the plant is built.
Electrical Engineering
The plant's electrical installation: power distribution, lighting, and design and assembly of electrical panels.
Control Engineering
Software and industrial programming: control system design, PLC programming and SCADA.
On-site Installation
Mechanical, piping and electrical installation of the equipment on site, leaving it ready for commissioning.
Site Management
Direction of the work on site: coordination of crews and subcontractors, schedule, safety and quality.
Project Management
Planning, schedule and cost control, and client follow-up from start to finish.
