AGF PROCESOS BIOGÁS SL adheres to Spanish Law 1/2019, of 20 February, protecting undisclosed information with business value. This protection covers "technical know-how, processes, formulas, methodologies, strategies, technological developments, commercial data or any other intangible asset" whose confidentiality represents a competitive advantage.

Obtaining, using or disclosing it without consent is expressly prohibited. The company reserves the right to take all corresponding legal action, including injunctions and compensation for damages.

The portal provides information on projects, completed work and professional engineering services, as well as news and trends in the industrial sector.

Anyone accessing the site takes on the role of user, undertaking to strictly comply with the provisions set out herein. These General Conditions govern the use of www.agfprocesos.com.

Mere use of the website confers the status of User, who declares to know and accept all the General Conditions. AGF Ingeniería de Procesos is entitled to unilaterally modify these obligations without prior notice, and to restructure, modify or remove information, services or content.

AGF Ingeniería de Procesos is exempt from liability arising from published information that has been manipulated by unrelated third parties.
